Beyond Reason
Rationalism, realism,
Intellectualism,
Ism, ism, ism!
Can't you see that
They only create schisms?
Don't you think it odd,
To put yourself on a pedestal,
Higher than God?
We were born into sin.
Without God, how can we win?
What makes you think
That you could be greater,
Than the Heavenly Father,
The Almighty Creator?
Do you have the intellectual capacity
To create a being as sublime as the human body?
Come now, have some veracity!
Humble yourself,
Bow down before the Lord
And admit without him,
That you're nobody
And you do need his word.
